This policy covers the website mopok.biz, run by MOPOK PTY LTD (ABN 38 668 864 408, ACN 668 864 408), "Mopok", "we" or "us". We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. Its fonts and files are served from mopok.biz itself, so visiting it does not send your details to other companies.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and secure the site. We do not use these logs to identify you.
The site stores one small note in your browser for the length of your visit, so the logo animation plays only once. It holds no personal information and is never sent to us.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to deal with your enquiry, and we keep it only as long as we need to for that purpose or as the law requires. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
The MOPOK-PIP platform
This policy covers this website only. The MOPOK-PIP app and web platform, used by our clients' staff under agreements with their employer, have their own privacy policy.
Overseas
Netlify may process server logs outside Australia. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which may also store data outside Australia.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing info@mopok.biz. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
